Eau Chauffage

Eau Chauffage offers residential, commercial, instantaneous, solar and industrial water heaters, in dozens of models that differ in capacity, power and use. This range serves customers in Canada, the GCC and the wider region, but it can overwhelm buyers if it is not presented with care. Buyers, from homeowners to contractors, needed to reach the right model quickly and compare specifications easily. The site had to speak to each market in its own language: English, French, Italian and Arabic. The brand also needed regular social media content and ads that reach buyers in each market.

We started by analysing the product range and how buyers search, and built a catalogue structure that splits heaters into residential, commercial, instantaneous, solar and industrial categories. We designed a clean interface that puts each product and its specifications first and makes comparing models easy. We built the site in English, French, Italian and Arabic on a multilingual structure with right-to-left support and a responsive layout on every device. We built the online catalogue with search, quick view, a wishlist and ordering, and added a WhatsApp button, click-to-call and a newsletter signup. We set up a blog with articles on sizing a water heater and comparing types, and handled page speed and basic SEO before launch. Since launch we have managed the brand's social media with a content calendar that combines product showcases with practical tips, alongside post, story and reel design and community management. We run Meta and Google campaigns for each market separately, with audience research, pixel set-up, conversion tracking, creative testing and budget optimisation.
