Niagara Pumps

Niagara Pumps' range includes many types of pumps and valves, many of them available in both 50 Hz and 60 Hz versions, along with water meters and generators. This variety makes it hard to reach the right product unless it is organised with care. Engineers and contractors need to find the model they want and its technical documents quickly. The company serves markets that speak English, Arabic, French and Italian, each with its own expectations. It also needed a regular social media presence and ads that reach a technical audience in these markets.

We began by studying the range and how it is classified, and set out a catalogue structure that splits products into clear categories for pumps, valves, water meters and generators. We designed a practical interface that keeps specifications and documents within reach and cuts the number of steps to each product. We built the site in English, Arabic, French and Italian on a multilingual structure with a responsive layout that works well in the field and on mobile. We built the online catalogue with ordering and a wishlist, and added a downloads section for technical documents. We set up a technical blog, a WhatsApp button, clear contact details and a newsletter signup, and handled page speed and basic SEO before launch. Since launch we have managed the company's social media with a content calendar that shows products and their applications, alongside post and story design and community management. We run Meta and Google campaigns based on research into engineer and contractor audiences, with pixel set-up, conversion tracking and WhatsApp campaigns, plus creative testing and budget optimisation.
