eDialogue Giving

Non-profits rely on giving that is easy and regular. The eDialogue Association needed one platform that brings its different donation types together, from projects and endowments to zakat. It needed familiar local payment methods and a quick experience on mobile. It also wanted options that encourage ongoing giving, such as recurring and gift donations. And it needed the platform to feel like a natural extension of the association's identity and main website.

Valdura built on a specialist donation management system, handling its setup and configuration to fit the association's needs. It began by organising giving into clear sections: endowments, projects, zakat and outreach. It then designed the platform's interface to match the association's identity and main website, with a comfortable mobile experience. Valdura built the campaign and project pages, with content and visuals that explain what each gift supports. Quick donate and a giving cart were enabled, along with daily, weekly or monthly recurring giving and immediate or scheduled gift donations. Payment by Mada, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay was configured, together with donor accounts and a zakat calculator. The platform was also integrated with the association's main website so visitors move smoothly between the two.
