Small and growing businesses receive customer messages through WhatsApp, email, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok all at once. With conversations spread across separate apps, messages get missed, replies are slow and teams struggle to see each customer's history. These businesses also end up paying for separate tools for messaging, CRM, campaigns and ad analysis that do not work together. The problem grows for businesses running more than one brand or serving customers in different languages. We saw an opportunity to build a single platform that meets these needs at a price and level of usability that suits them.

We started with product design rooted in how customer service and sales teams actually work, making the unified inbox the heart of the platform. We connected the main channels in one interface and added an AI assistant that drafts replies and transcribes voice notes to speed up the team's work. We built a CRM and multi-brand workspaces, with user accounts and permissions, dashboards and admin tools. We extended the platform with tools for campaigns, storefronts, bookings and analytics, integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce and Salla, and an AI ads analyst for Meta, Google and TikTok. The platform runs on a scalable cloud architecture, and we keep improving it through regular releases shaped by user needs. We designed and built the product website, with feature pages, pricing plans and a free-trial sign-up flow. We market the product ourselves: we run its social media with a content calendar and designed posts, stories and reels, and we manage paid campaigns on Meta and Google built on audience research, conversion tracking, creative testing and ongoing budget optimisation.
