A dignified website for the Sheikh Al-Taher Al-Zawi Center for Studies, Research and Heritage Editing, worthy of its scholarly character. Valdura designed it to present publications, conferences and news in Arabic and English, backed by a consistent visual identity and social presence.
tcrms.org.ly

The center works in academic research and manuscript editing, with partners inside and outside Libya. Its output ranges from edited books to conferences, seminars and audio programmes. It needed a website that reflects the seriousness of its scholarly work and presents this output in an organised way. It also needed a clear introduction to its academic and administrative bodies for partners and researchers. And it needed a visual identity and social presence to carry its work to a wider audience.
Valdura began by mapping the center's content types, then built a sitemap that separates news, publications and conferences. The interface was designed in a calm, academic style that keeps text and headings clear and easy to read. The site is Arabic-first with an English version, and fully responsive across devices. It includes a publications section for the center's books, a conferences and seminars area with sub-categories, and a podcast section. About pages introduce the board, the scientific advisory council and the organisational structure. Page speed was tuned and basic SEO set up before launch. On the design side, Valdura created a visual system for colours and typography, with templates for announcements and posts. It also manages the center's social media through a content calendar, post and story design, community management and regular reporting.
