Buyers and tenants search for the right property online before any viewing, and they expect a fast search experience and clear information on every listing. The company needed a platform that could present many property types, from apartments and villas to offices and retail units. Its audience included both Arabic and English speakers, which called for a complete experience in both languages. It was also important that the team could add and update listings themselves without complexity. Above all, a visitor's interest in a specific property had to turn into a direct enquiry with the right agent.

We began with a discovery phase to understand the company's property portfolio, how its agents work and what buyers and tenants need. We then built a structure that separates properties for sale from those for rent, categorised by type: residential, commercial, apartments, villas, offices and shops. We designed clear property cards showing price, bedrooms, bathrooms and floor area at a glance, with a detailed page and photo gallery for every listing. We provided several listing views, including grid, list and half-map layouts, alongside a property comparison tool. We added agent profiles showing contact details and each agent's listings, with enquiry forms and a contact page. The site was built in Arabic and English, with a dashboard that lets the team submit and manage listings, plus sections for news, FAQs and services. We focused on responsive design, loading speed and on-page SEO basics, then tested the platform before launch.
