The company sells to business buyers across different markets, from brands and online sellers to companies looking for corporate gifts. Each market has its own language and expectations, so a single-language site was not enough. Handcrafted products also need visual presentation that shows the quality of the wood and the finish. Wholesale and custom orders usually start with a conversation, so starting that conversation had to be easy. The company also needed a direct purchase option for smaller orders.

We began by defining the target markets, product categories and the different routes to an order, then built a single structure that runs in English, Arabic and Turkish with a clear language switcher. The design handles right-to-left layout for the Arabic version so each language feels natural to its readers. Product category pages cover snack boxes, Islamic gifts, luxury and corporate gift boxes, and Moroccan trays, with imagery that shows the material and finish. We explained custom design, sample-based production and mass production in language suited to business buyers. Direct WhatsApp and phone contact lets larger order conversations start quickly. We built a shop with a cart and customer accounts, alongside a blog, site search and a downloadable PDF. Before launch we tuned speed and responsiveness and laid SEO foundations for each language.
