We built a website for a Chicago-based commercial roofing contractor working nationwide that speaks to commercial buyers in their terms: expertise, safety and fast response. It sends new clients, existing clients and field partners each down their own route without overlap.

A commercial roofer's audience differs from a home-service audience: facility managers and property owners look first for licences, safety standards and delivery capability. The company deals with three distinct groups, new clients seeking quotes, existing clients needing service, and field partners in many states. Mixing these routes in a single form slows responses and confuses visitors. Emergency leaks also demand immediate access to the company at any hour. The brief was a site that earns a commercial buyer's confidence and separates these routes clearly.
We started by mapping the journey of each visitor group, then built a structure that gives each a clear entry point from the homepage. We created pages for new construction, reroofing, preventive maintenance, leak repair and specialty roofing, written for facility managers. A request-for-quote form serves new clients, while a separate service request page serves existing ones. The 24/7 emergency response callout and click-to-call button are prominent on every device. Safety, careers and field partner pages sit alongside a partner portal and FAQs. State licences and accreditation badges live in the footer so they are present on every page. Before launch we tuned speed and responsiveness, added page titles, descriptions and structured data, and set up separate tracking for each type of request.
