Q Tape's products are bought by HVAC and electrical contractors and procurement teams, who do not decide on looks alone. They need accurate specifications, quality certifications and a clear understanding of the difference between aluminium foil, FSK and PVC tape before they order. In a market where products look alike, the brand had to come across as credible and specialist from the first glance. It also needed a site that speaks to customers in Arabic and English and keeps ordering straightforward. Alongside the website, it needed a regular social media presence and ads that reach contractors and procurement teams specifically.

We began by studying how contractors and procurement teams make buying decisions, and built the sitemap around products, specifications and trust. We designed a clean interface with a professional industrial feel that puts the product and its specifications first. We built the site in English and Arabic with a language switcher and a responsive layout that is easy to use on site or in the office. We created an online product catalogue with a detailed page for each tape, direct ordering and customer accounts, and added a downloadable PDF catalogue and a section for quality certifications and customer reviews. We set up a technical blog with articles on insulation and duct sealing that answer buyers' questions, and handled page speed and basic SEO before launch. Since launch we have managed the brand's social media with a content calendar that mixes product features and technical tips, alongside post and story design and community management. We run Meta and Google campaigns based on careful research into contractor and procurement audiences, with pixel set-up, order tracking, creative testing and budget directed to the campaigns that work best.
