AH VIP

The group operates through two companies registered in Malaysia: AHVIP Service for software and IT services, and AH Skyline for real estate and trade. Each company has a different audience with different needs; a software client looks for technical capability, while a property client looks for trust and opportunity. The group needed a website that introduces each company separately without losing the shared group identity. The site had to be concise, professional and persuasive for clients in Malaysia and abroad. The group also needed a regular social media presence and ads that reach the audience for each business.

We began by defining the group's message and the message and audience of each company, then drew up a concise five-page sitemap that serves both goals. We designed a clean, modern interface with one visual identity and a clear distinction between the two companies. We built the site in English with a responsive layout that works smoothly on mobile and desktop. Each company has its own page setting out its services, alongside an About page for the group and a contact page listing email, phone numbers and the office address, with clear calls to action for project enquiries. We handled page speed and basic SEO before launch. Since launch we have managed the group's social media with a content calendar that balances both businesses, alongside post and story design and community management. We run separate Meta and Google campaigns for each company, with audience research, conversion tracking set-up and lead-generation campaigns, plus creative testing and budget optimisation.
