IBS offers a wide range of services, from HVAC and plumbing to fire fighting and smart building systems, which is hard to present without looking scattered. Its audience of developers, consultants and project managers looks for proof of experience and delivery capability before getting in touch. The company needed a website that organises its services and projects in a way that builds trust quickly. Alongside contracting, it supplies products such as water heaters, pumps and tapes, and needed an online channel to present and sell them. It also needed a regular, professional social media presence and ads that reach decision-makers in the construction sector.

We began by reviewing the company's services and projects, and drew up a sitemap that splits the content logically into services, projects and products, in line with how consultants and developers search. We designed an interface with a professional engineering feel that gives projects and imagery clear space. We built the site in English and Arabic with a responsive layout and a page for each service, from HVAC and plumbing to fire fighting and smart buildings. We created a project portfolio grouped by sector, and added an online shop listing water heaters, pumps and tapes priced in Saudi riyals. We added a blog with technical articles and a newsletter signup, and handled page speed and basic SEO before launch. Since launch we have managed the company's social media with a content calendar that highlights projects and technical expertise, alongside post and story design and community management. We plan and run Meta and Google campaigns, from audience research, pixel set-up and conversion tracking to quote-request and WhatsApp campaigns, creative testing and budget optimisation.
