The company offered five very different service lines, each with its own audience, needs and questions. Without a considered structure, the site risked feeling crowded or scattered, leaving visitors lost before they reached the service they wanted. The audience is split between Arabic and English speakers, which called for an equal experience in both languages, including right-to-left layouts. In a trust-led sector such as money exchange and transfers, the site needed to signal credibility and professionalism at first glance. Finally, contact had to be effortless, as most customers prefer to call or message directly rather than fill in long forms.

We began with discovery to understand each service line and set priorities, then built a structure that gives every service its own page: air and sea freight, financial services, travel and tourism, and general trading. The homepage was designed as a clear gateway, presenting the services as concise cards with an obvious call to find out more. We created complete Arabic and English versions with a visible language switcher and full right-to-left support. Trust elements such as the company's vision, values and mission were brought to the fore, alongside direct contact details for management and sales. The phone number and a free-consultation call to action sit in the header, with click-to-call links and WhatsApp messaging. We added a photo gallery, a testimonials page and a news and blog section, together with a map of the Istanbul office. The site was built on WordPress with a mobile-first responsive design and sound foundations for speed and search engine optimisation.
