We built a website for a masonry restoration contractor that explains specialist services in language homeowners and property managers alike can follow. It serves four offices in four states, each with its own local presence and a direct route to an estimate.
northshorebrickwork.com

The company offers many technical services, such as tuckpointing, chimney repair, waterproofing, stucco and sandblasting, terms many customers do not know. It serves a varied audience of homeowners, property managers and commercial building owners, each with different needs. It also operates from offices in Chicago, Milwaukee, Texas and Indiana, so every visitor had to find their local office and the right phone number straight away. The company needed local search visibility in each region without its pages competing with one another. And the site had to address cost and financing questions early to encourage visitors to request an estimate.
We started with a full inventory of services, offices and service areas, then built a structure that keeps service pages and area pages distinct while linking them sensibly. Each service, from tuckpointing, chimneys and concrete to waterproofing, stucco, sandblasting and building restoration, has a page explaining the problem and the fix in plain language. We created service-area pages for Illinois, Wisconsin, Texas and Indiana, with a click-to-call number and map link for each office. The design is focused on enquiries, with a short estimate request form and well-placed calls to action. Pricing and financing pages answer cost questions before they become a barrier. Case studies, a project gallery and customer reviews build trust, supported by a blog and an FAQ section. Before launch we tuned speed and mobile responsiveness, laid local SEO foundations for each office, and set up tracking for forms and calls.
